Learning and development programs should give you a return on investment — period.
I take a “back-to-basics” approach to training design using concepts from accelerated learning that keep people engaged, and part of the learning process. Classrooms should be active and alive with movement, activities, color, music, and yes, even fun. With a bit of thought, creativity, and innovation even the most “dry” topics can be brought to life and keep learners engaged.
Not everyone learns the same. Presentation software (like PowerPoint) is not an effective way to design interactive training. By going back-to-basics I can help you improve your current programs, or custom design a solution based on your unique organization, and culture.
A few examples of the types of training programs I have designed:
– Customer Experience / Brand Engagement
– Customer Service
– Performance Management / Compensation
– Software & Services Consulting
– Leadership / Management Development
– Consultative & Solution Selling
